This is the third and probably final in the series of Tango Dancers. Not quite so keen on this one , the girl seems a bit static, but will live with it before doing anything about it, it may grow on me!
Here are the other two in the series for anyone who missed them.
Phil, I don't think your lady is static at all. I can almost hear the rustle of her skirt as it flashes by! I really love this series.
ReplyDeletethe more you loose the background deliniation of figures the better your work becomes--I certainly love these series you have done! Very dramatic and moving to see...she does have to maintain her posture till she drops usually when they perform..:-)
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't seem a bit static to me. I love the motion of her skirt, and the bright colors are wonderful! nancy
ReplyDeleteNumber two is still my favorite.
ReplyDeleteOh I love them all. The use of red is so dynamic. I wonder if the thrid one strikes you as more static becuase there's less detaling in the skirt? It has the least in the way of pleats to the fabric.
ReplyDeleteThey're all wonderful and make a great grouping!
ReplyDeleteThis last one is great, she doesn't seem static to me. Wouldn't it be wonderful to own all three paintings together? Maybe someone will buy all three.
